I am a licensed, insured, and certified massage therapist providing therapeutic massage, restorative bodywork, and nervous system support in Plantation, Florida. My work is structured, precise, and results-driven—designed to create meaningful change, not temporary relief. Restoration is intentional. Each session is thoughtfully customized. I assess movement patterns, tension profiles, and structural imbalances before selecting techniques that support chronic pain relief, mobility, nervous system balance, and whole-body wellness.
